Mr. Sudershan K. Sekhri has more
than 38 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management of Nuclear, Coal,
Oil & Gas based Power Projects .These Projects were either grass root
installations or revamp of existing Plants. Some of the Major Projects include
Reliance Energy's 2X250 MW Coal based Thermal Power Plant at
Dahanu(Maharashtra),Siemens’ Gas Turbine based Combined Cycle Power Plant &
Desalination Plant (740 MW/50 MGD)at Al Tawillah near
Dubai, Reliance Industries Ltd.'s Gas Turbine based CCPP at Naroda(50MW)and
Cogeneration Power Project at Patalganga(30MW),GNFC's Furnace Oil based 2X25 MW
Captive Power Project at Bharuch(Gujarat) and Nuclear
Power Corporation's Projects at NAPP-PhaseI,kudankulam's Infrastructure
Project(1000MW)& Heavy Water Project at Kota.

Job responsibilities in various projects involved the following activities: |
(i) |
Basic design, Conceptual design, Feasibility
studies, P&I Diagrams, DBR’s (Design Basis
Reports), Project Reports, etc. |
(ii) |
Detailed engineering of Nuclear Power Projects, coal& Furnace Oil
based power projects as well as gas based combined cycle power projects
covering gas turbines, HRSG’s , steam turbines,
Boilers, and various Auxiliary Plants such as CHP, OHP, AHP, Air, Fire
Protection, DMW, CT, ETP, etc as well as secondary cycle systems of Nuclear
Power Projects. |

Detailed piping design of various interconnected systems such as HP &
LP steam piping, Feed water, Fuel gas, Fuel Oil, CW/ACW, DW,IA,SA etc.,
including Hangers & Supports and pipe rack / Building supporting Structures
etc. |

Procurement activities such as preparation of Tender specs., EPC bid
documents, Cost estimation, Tender Evaluation and procurement assistance etc.
